2. Handmade Artwork Disclaimer
All paintings and artworks sold by Together Arts are handmade and unique.

are natural characteristics of original artwork and shall not be considered defects or grounds for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit.
3. Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned artwork is custom-created according to the customer’s specifications.
Therefore:
- Commission orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
- Commission orders are non-refundable.
- Commission orders are non-returnable.
- Completed commissioned artwork cannot be exchanged.
Since commissioned pieces are created specifically for individual customers, they cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from cancellation and refund requests.

If artwork is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, customers must provide sufficient evidence to support their claim.
To qualify for review:
- The package must be opened while recording a continuous, unedited video.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process must be visible.
- Any damage to the artwork and packaging must be clearly captured.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to record the video in the presence of the delivery representative whenever possible.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or store credit consideration.
5. Reporting a Damaged Delivery
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must submit:
- Order Number
