By using this website, purchasing artwork, or requesting commissioned artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Artwork and Product Information
All artwork sold through Together Arts is original unless otherwise stated.
Due to the handmade nature of artwork:
- Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, brushwork, and finish may occur.
- Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and device displays.
Such variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Together Arts reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or misuse
In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Commissioned Artwork
For commissioned artwork:
- Customers must provide complete project requirements before work begins.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
- Progress updates may be shared at the artist’s discretion.
- Limited revisions may be offered before final approval.
- Major changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Once the artwork creation process has started, commissioned orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, paintings, designs, images, logos, content, and creative materials displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Together Arts.
Purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical artwork only and does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers may not:
- Reproduce artwork
- Create prints or copies
- Sell reproductions
- Modify artwork for commercial purposes
- Use artwork for advertising, branding, or resale
without prior written permission from Together Arts.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Together Arts shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping costs arising from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or purchased artwork.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Upload unlawful or infringing content
- Interfere with website functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
- Submit fraudulent commission requests
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
